The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission establishes a new crypto disclosure office

Chain Catcher News, the corporate finance division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is establishing a new office tailored for public disclosure information for crypto companies. The office will have two branches, one for legal and one for accounting. The deputy director of the disclosure division, Cicely LaMothe, stated that the office will be under the corporate finance department and will be responsible for handling disclosures for publicly traded companies.
