It is introduced as a mutually beneficial relationship consensus system and partner DAO that provides top talent for collaborative DAOs and supports ConsenSys employees in exploring the broader DAO ecosystem.

This will allow ConsenSys employees to contribute to Bankless DAO and provide value to the wider Ethereum ecosystem. ConsenSys employees will go through the Bankless DAO onboarding process and choose the projects or guild workflows they want to participate in. They will then join community calls to familiarize themselves with the guild and its goals.
