U.S. SEC: Musk has completed the acquisition of Twitter

ChainCatcher News, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents confirm that Tesla CEO Elon Musk has completed the acquisition of Twitter. "The merger of Twitter and X Holdings became effective on October 27, 2022, with X Holdings being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elon Musk's wholly-owned X Holdings I. Each share of Twitter common stock is exchanged for $54.20 in cash, without interest and without any withholding taxes." (Source link)
