Nansen founder: Exchanges can easily maintain transparency on their ETH staking without the "help" of regulators
ChainCatcher news, Nansen founder Alex Svanevik tweeted: "In fact, exchanges can be very transparent about their ETH staking. Publicly disclose all staked ETH addresses (and cryptographically sign messages to prove ownership). We already have the blockchain, so we don't need the 'help' of SEC Chairman Gary Gensler."
Earlier today, SEC Chairman Gary Gensler stated that staking-as-a-service providers must register and provide disclosures and investor protections. (source link)
