ChainCatcher news, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission and others issued the "Plan for Promoting the Construction of the 'Great Zero Bay' Technology Innovation Source Function Area." The plan proposes to rely on the Future Technology Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Institute of Forward-looking Innovation, and the Shanghai International Chief Technology Officer Academy of East China Normal University to strengthen the layout of new track industries such as the digital economy, green low-carbon, and metaverse.
