ChainCatcher news, according to a source cited by The Block, Fidelity is preparing to submit a spot Bitcoin ETF application, which could be filed as early as Tuesday.
In 2021, Fidelity applied for a Bitcoin spot exchange-traded fund called Wise Origin Bitcoin Trust, but it was rejected by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in early 2022. (source link)
