SBF: I made a "mistake" at FTX, and many people were hurt

Before SBF delivered his opening statement, the judge overseeing his criminal trial ruled earlier on Friday that his defense could include testimony regarding the role of lawyers in clearing the FTX Signal chat. However, Judge Lewis Kaplan prohibited the defense from providing broader testimony about FTX lawyers to the jury.
