Bloomberg analysts: Grayscale held a meeting yesterday with the relevant department of the SEC responsible for Bitcoin spot ETFs
ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart posted on X that Grayscale had a meeting yesterday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Trading and Markets Division (the division responsible for approving or denying 19b-4). James Seyffart also mentioned that the transfer agent agreement signed between GBTC and Bank of New York Mellon, although signed on November 16, will not take effect until the day GBTC is listed as an ETF on the NYSE Arca.
Additionally, James Seyffart stated that he heard other potential Bitcoin spot ETF issuers have also met with the SEC in the past week.
