Bitget 报告：预测区块链行业将在 2030 年前催生 100 万个就业机会
ChainCatcher 消息，近日，Bitget 发布“区块链与 AI：人才吸引与增长潜力”研究报告指出，尽管区块链行业目前在全球就业市场中仍处于早期阶段，全球相关职位约为 15,000 至 20,000 个，但随着行业应用加速落地、监管体系逐步完善，以及机构参与度不断提升，预计到 2030 年，该行业有望在全球范围内创造多达 100 万个新增岗位。
目前，全球区块链相关职位主要分布在北美（40%）、亚太（35%）和欧洲（20%）。若区块链行业持续沿着 AI 的增长轨迹发展，其专业岗位的薪资水平也有望显著提升。目前，智能合约审计师等岗位的年薪区间为 11.5 万至 19.1 万美元，未来有望突破 25 万美元。
