ETFStore President: SEC may approve 19b-4s this week, but the approval of S-1 will slow down
ChainCatcher news, ETF Store President Nate Geraci tweeted that the SEC will make a decision on the Ethereum spot ETF this week. The SEC must approve both 19b-4 (the rule change) and S-1 (the registration statement) for the ETF to launch. Technically, the SEC could approve the 19b-4s and then slow down the approval process for the S-1 (especially considering the lack of participation).
