MicroStrategy purchased approximately 7,420 bitcoins for $450 million
ChainCatcher news, MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor posted on X that MicroStrategy purchased approximately 7,420 bitcoins for about $458.2 million, achieving a 5.1% BTC return quarter-to-date and a 17.8% return year-to-date.
As of September 19, 2024, MicroStrategy has acquired 252,220 bitcoins for approximately $9.9 billion, at about $39,266 per bitcoin.
