ChainCatcher news, the Nasdaq-listed medical technology company Semler Scientific has filed an S-3 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer $500 million in securities.
The proceeds from this offering will primarily be used for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to the purchase of Bitcoin.
