Mara Holdings sues Texas officials to block noise regulation vote against its Bitcoin mining facility
According to Bitcoin News, Bitcoin mining company Mara Holdings has sued Hood County officials in an attempt to block a proposed "incorporation vote"—if passed, this vote would allow local authorities to implement noise regulations on its mining facility. The facility currently operates over 60,000 ASIC machines 24/7.
