ChainCatcher news, Bitcoin mining company Marathon Digital sold 1,500 BTC in January, with CEO Fred Thiel stating that the purpose of the sale was to provide operational funds for the company. As of January 31, 2023, Marathon Digital held a total of 11,418 BTC, of which approximately 8,090 BTC (about $187.2 million) are unrestricted. (source link)
