The digital asset infrastructure company GlobexUS plans to raise $2.5 million through a securities offering

ChainCatcher news, GlobexUS, a digital asset infrastructure development company supporting the digital asset market Upstream, is seeking to raise capital through an online securities offering, planning to raise $2.5 million via a Reg D (506c) securities offering, with a pre-financing valuation of $74 million.
