Slow Fog Cosine: Bitcoin Inscription Vulnerability CVE Officially Adopted by the U.S. National Vulnerability Database

ChainCatcher message, Slow Mist founder Yu Xian stated on social media that the vulnerability CVE for Bitcoin ordinal inscriptions has been officially adopted by the National Vulnerability Database (NVD), with a CVSS vulnerability score of 5.3, indicating a medium severity level.

Earlier reports indicated that Bitcoin Core developer Luke Dashjr stated that the "inscription" exploiting a vulnerability in the Bitcoin Core client has been assigned the identifier CVE-2023-50428.
