ChainCatcher news, according to BeInCrypto, Binance is set to face off against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in a Washington court, with a hearing scheduled for January 19 focusing on Binance's motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by the SEC in June 2023.
