Kraken pushes to dismiss SEC lawsuit again before June hearing

ChainCatcher news, according to TheBlock, the Kraken lawsuit hearing is scheduled for June 12 at 2 PM Eastern Time. However, this Thursday, Kraken's lawyers submitted a court document stating that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission "has not found any investment contracts traded, brokered, or settled on Kraken," and therefore hopes to dismiss the lawsuit.
