Bloomberg analysts: The likelihood of the SEC rejecting the Ethereum spot ETF using "ETH is a security" is increasing

ChainCatcher news, financial lawyer Scott Johnsson posted on social media that according to official documents, the SEC is considering the security issues of ETH in the ETH spot ETF order, a concern that was completely absent in the applications for Bitcoin spot/futures ETF products.

Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart commented that it seems the SEC's likelihood of rejecting the Ethereum spot ETF by stating "Ethereum is a security" has increased. While it cannot be guaranteed that they will do so, it is believed that it is almost certain the SEC is at least considering this.
