ChainCatcher news, according to the official announcement, Nasdaq-listed mining company Bit Digital, Inc. has announced that it will officially transition to a domestic issuer status starting January 1, 2025, in accordance with U.S. securities regulations. It has now completed the transition from foreign private issuer status to domestic reporting issuer status.
