Strategy announces the pricing of a $2 billion convertible senior notes offering

ChainCatcher news, according to official news, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) announced the pricing of a $2 billion convertible senior notes offering.

The initial conversion rate of the notes will be 2.3072 shares of MicroStrategy Class A common stock for each $1,000 principal amount of the notes, equivalent to an initial conversion price of approximately $433.43 per share.
