2025-09-15 09:25:52

ChainCatcher message, the Yala team has released an update on platform X regarding the recent security incident, stating that the vulnerability led to unauthorized fund transfers. Control has now been established, and the related stolen assets have been located on-chain, with active cooperation with law enforcement to recover them.

Yala stated that three measures will be taken: first, to fully replenish all affected liquidity pools, ensuring that users can exchange YU tokens for USDC at a 1:1 ratio; second, to maintain transparency by publishing a roadmap for liquidity restoration and security enhancement within 48 hours; third, to continuously optimize the system's security mechanisms. According to Coingecko data, the current price of the YU stablecoin is $0.11, and it has not yet regained its peg.
