ChainCatcher news, according to market news, a draft law submitted by the Russian parliament proposes to recognize cryptocurrency as joint property of spouses, which can be divided during a divorce.

The proponents of the bill aim to address an increasingly prominent issue, as more and more Russians choose to invest in cryptocurrency, leading to a growing number of related problems. The draft law was introduced by Igor Antropenko, a member of the Industry and Trade Committee representing the ruling party United Russia.
