U.S. stock market opened, Dow Jones rose 0.18%, Meta signed nuclear agreements with multiple companies

Oklo (OKLO.N) rose 16%, and Vistra Energy (VST.N) rose 15%. Meta Platforms (META.O) announced a nuclear power supply agreement with Vistra, Oklo, and TerraPower.
