Plume obtains a Bermuda license, becoming the first regulated on-chain vault manager

According to official news, the on-chain vault protocol Plume has been granted a digital asset business license by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, becoming the world's first regulated on-chain vault manager.

Plume will be part of the Bermuda digital asset regulatory framework alongside Circle, Coinbase, and Kraken, which are already operating under this regulatory framework.
