Strategy 宣布回购 15 亿美元 2029 年可转换债券

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Strategy 官网披露（Form 8-K，5 月 15 日），Strategy 宣布计划回购 15 亿美元的 2029 年到期可转换债券。

与此同时，公司就 STRC 半月股息修正案向 STRC及 MSTR 持有者开放投票。
