共享币（DGC币）传销案宣判：涉案近13亿元，发展传销会员55万
据华夏时报消息，2020年12月31日，江苏盐城经济技术开发区人民法院对外披露一起特大网络传销案系列案件的刑事判决书。该判决书显示，被告人李昊燕因协助该传销团伙韩国总部明鲁文在中国推广推销虚拟数字货币，发展会员数十万人，构成组织、领导传销活动罪，被判处5年以上的有期徒刑，并处罚金人民币六十万元。
