链捕手消息，据Bloqport发推称，管理着超2330亿美元资产的资产管理巨头 Guggenheim Partners （古根海姆合伙公司）向SEC提交的“购买5亿美元GBTC”的文件正式生效，该文件是由 Guggenheim Partners 旗下基金信托在去年11月27日向SEC提交的。
