DEX Sifchain将于2月19日启动测试网和代币销售，并将进行空投
链捕手消息，基于 Cosmos 的去中心化交易平台 Sifchain 将于 2 月 19 日 13 时启动测试网，并同时开始面向 KYC 认证用户进行原生代币 Rowan 销售，结束时间为 2 月 26 日 14 时。
Sifchain 表示，Rowan 将根据 1 月 21 日发布的销售规则出售，即，在任何时间任何一次交易中最多只能购买资产池中 2％的代币，购买者可以进行多次交易。另外，在代币销售阶段，Sifchain 将免费分配 1% 的 Rowan 代币给符合条件的 ATOM 持有者，1％给符合条件的 RUNE 持有者，2% 给平均分配给 Sifchain KYC 申请者。如果为 RUNE 或 ATOM 持有者，必须将其对应的资产存放在非托管钱包中，并须按照指示进行空投认证。
