链捕手消息，全聚合协议OpenOcean.Finance （OpenOcean）宣布已完成战略融资。本轮融资由币安领投，其他投资方包括Multicoin Capital、LD Capital、CMS Holdings、Kenetic、Altonomy。据悉，OpenOcean是币安智能链上的头部聚合协议，目前已聚合四大公链（以太坊、币安智能链、波场链、本体链）。
