研究称比特币挖矿可能破坏中国的减排计划
链捕手消息，据雅虎报道，由中国科学院大学，清华大学，康奈尔大学和萨里大学的学者共同发起，并发布于《自然通讯》的研究报告称：中国比特币挖矿的碳排放相当于一个大城市的总量。此前中国计划其碳排放量在2030年达到峰值，并到2060年实现碳中和。如果没有适当的干预措施和可行的政策，中国密集的比特币挖矿可能会发展为一种威胁，破坏减排计划。
据了解，中国的一些农村地区在比特币挖矿中很受欢迎，主要由于其较低的电价和便宜的地价能支持大批量矿机的运行。
