前 OKCoin 运营公司北京乐酷达公司决议解散，清算人为法人徐明星
链捕手消息，北京乐酷达网络科技有限公司宣布决议解散，清算组负责人与成员均为法人徐明星，登记机关为北京市海淀区市场监督管理局。公告内容显示，「2021 年 06 月 24 日，北京乐酷达网络科技有限公司因决议解散，拟向公司登记机关申请注销登记，请债权人自公告之日起 45 日内向清算组申报债权。」公告期为 2021 年 06 月 24 日至 2021 年 08 月 08 日，债权申报联系人为徐明星。
另据吴说区块链称，北京乐酷达是94前OKCoin的运营公司，94全面清退后转让给海外主体。目前仍持有OKCoin的相关商标。国内用户纠纷也大多通过起诉乐酷达，除杭州互联网法院曾判定乐酷达公司与现有交易平台存在关联外，大部分都判定与乐酷达无关，应起诉OK的新加坡主体公司（OKCOIN.LTD）。目前在新一轮的监管压力下，OK此举或可视为交易所们尽力清除其国内相关主体。（来源链接）
