圣马力诺发布基于唯链区块链的数字疫苗护照 NFT
链捕手消息，圣马力诺共和国宣布发布基于唯链区块链的国家级数字疫苗护照，并采用链上 NFT 技术保障证书独一无二性。此疫苗护照以圣马力诺刚刚通过的第 109 号法令为基础，且符合欧盟最严格的数据隐私保护标准 GDPR，将成为该国公民出入境的有效凭证。
圣马力诺国家数字疫苗护照由圣马力诺共和国创新研究院、DNV、唯链联合开发，涵盖疫苗类型、疫苗计量与批号、接种时间地点等医疗数据，以及包括姓名、出生日期、身份证等在内的个人信息。签发的证书有效期为 1 周，从第一剂疫苗接种后 15 天开始，或从完成疫苗接种周期后 9 个月开始。
