中国农业银行：支付宝和微信支付是“钱包”，数字人民币是支付工具
链捕手消息，2021中国国际数字和软件服务交易会在大连举行。中国工商银行、中国建设银行、中国农业银行等国有银行组团现身参展，组成数字人民币展区，通过各种场景和技术手段展示推广数字人民币的应用。在展会现场，中国农业银行工作人员介绍，央行设计的数字人民币采用双层投放体系，央行作为第一层负责发行数字人民币，中国农业银行与其他运营机构作为第二层，即数字人民币的运营机构，负责向公众兑换数字人民币。
从目前试点情况看，可以清晰地发现数字人民币和支付宝、微信支付的区别：支付宝和微信支付是“钱包”，数字人民币是支付工具，是“钱包”的内容，数字人民币是法定流通货币，不允许拒收。数字人民币发行后，大家仍然可用支付宝和微信支付，只不过“钱包”里装的内容增加了央行货币。（中国日报网）
