古巴中央银行发布决议允许虚拟资产在在商业交易中的使用
链捕手消息，古巴中央银行 (BCC) 近日发布决议，对虚拟资产在商业交易中的使用及向虚拟资产服务提供商授权许可等方面可制定了相关规则。
古巴中央银行方面表示：“金融机构和其他法人实体只能在它们之间以及与自然人之间使用虚拟资产进行货币和商业操作、交换和掉期交易，以及履行金钱义务。” 并补充说，如果得到中央银行的授权，上述所有操作都可以完成。
