链捕手消息，根据新向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件，方舟投资管理公司（Ark Investment Management）与位于瑞士加密货币 ETP 发行商 21Shares 的旗下美国子公司合作，计划推出基于期货的比特币 ETF「ARK 21Shares Bitcoin Futures Strategy ETF」，股票代码 ARKA，由 21Shares 担任副顾问。该 ETF 是一支主动管理型基金，计划投资于在美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）注册的现金结算的比特币期货合约，而非直接投资比特币或其他加密资产。
