Bifrost 社区开启转账公投已投票通过，BNC 将于 10 月 21 日激活转账
链捕手消息，据 Bifrost 链上数据显示，由社区于 7 日前发起的 BNC 开启转账公投提案目前已投票通过，将于区块高度 611,522 激活 BNC 转账功能，预计时间为 10 月 21 日 15:00 左右。本次 BNC/kUSD Bootstrap 将持续至 10 月 21 日 21:00，目前持有 kUSD 和 BNC 的地址仍可继续参与，Bootstrap 结束同时将会上线 BNC/kUSD 交易对，并激活 20 万枚 BNC 和 2.5 万枚 KAR 的流动性激励。
