江苏省洪泽法院公开宣判一起以“区块链”、“虚拟货币”名义实施的诈骗案
链捕手消息，江苏省淮安市洪泽县洪泽法院于15日组成七人制合议庭，依法公开宣判了李某等16人以“区块链”“虚拟货币”名义实施的诈骗案。被告人李某等共诈骗47名被害人616.12余万元，数额特别巨大，影响极其恶劣。
据悉，被告人李某等人在诈骗集团首要分子黄某海（另案处理）带领下引诱被害人在“奥晶国际”虚拟货币交易平台投资，法院经审理认为，被告人李某等16人以非法占有为目的，采用虚构事实、隐瞒真相的方法骗取他人财物，数额特别巨大，构成诈骗罪。
