CertiK获得8000万美元B2轮融资，刷新区块链安全赛道单笔最大融资
链捕手消息，CertiK于2021年11月30日宣布完成8000万美元的B2轮融资，再次刷新区块链安全赛道单笔最大融资。该轮融资由红杉资本领投，Tiger Global、高瓴创投、Coatue Management、顺为资本等老股东持续跟投。CertiK在四个月内共完成三轮融资，总融资额超过1.4亿美元，公司估值近10亿美元。
CertiK于2018年由耶鲁大学、耶鲁计算机系主任邵中教授及哥伦比亚大学计算机系顾荣辉教授三方共同成立。作为区块链安全领域的先驱，该公司利用目前最先进的形式化验证技术以及AI审计技术，扫描监控区块链协议和智能合约的安全性，并不断推出以Skynet（天网）为代表的SaaS产品为加密世界的企业和用户提供最高等级的安全解决方案。
