链捕手消息，据福布斯报道，房产中介 ONE Sotheby's International Realty 与 Voxel 建筑正联合建模主承包方兼 NFT 收藏者 Gabe Sierra，共同推出史上第一个“元现实”豪宅，包括一座在现实世界中存在的房产和其在元宇宙中的虚拟映射。这座虚拟房屋将在The Sandbox Metaverse中存在。
这一 NFT 资产的购入者也将获得实体房产的所有权，实体房产预计在 2022 第四季度于迈阿密完工。这座住宅将坐落在迈阿密市最富盛名的社区之一，占地 1 英亩，面积达 11000 平方英尺，拥有 7 间卧室、9 间浴室，其虚拟版本将完全与此对应。该“元现实”豪宅将在 2022 年进行拍卖，底价尚未披露，交易计划在以太坊区块链上进行。
