游戏巨头 Take-Two Interactive 以127 亿美元收购 Zynga，将共同探索 Web3
链捕手消息，美国游戏开发商和发行商Take-Two Interactive昨日宣布以“现金+股票”的形式收购社交游戏开发商Zynga，整体交易的估值达到127亿美元。现金和股票交易预计将于6月30日完成，等待两家公司各自股东以及监管机构的批准。 Take-Two Interactive首席执行官Strauss Zelnick表示，收购Zynga将使合并后的公司能够应对新的“Web3机遇”。他补充说，“这种组合将使我们能够比任何一家公司单独解决问题更有效。”
据悉，Take-Two Interactive是游戏品牌Rockstar Games和2K Games的母公司，并拥有侠盗猎车手、荒野大镖客、NBA 2K和无主之地等流行游戏的特许经营权，Zynga因FarmVille和Words With Friends等休闲游戏而出名。
