耐克起诉StockX销售未经授权的耐克运动鞋 NFT
链捕手消息，运动鞋巨头耐克周四在纽约联邦法院起诉在线经销商 StockX，指控其出售未经授权的耐克鞋NFT图片。耐克认为，StockX 的 NFT 侵犯了其商标，可能会混淆消费者。
据悉，StockX上个月开始出售未经授权的耐克运动鞋 NFT，并告诉买家他们将能够在“不久的将来”将代币兑换成鞋子的实物版本，StockX 已售出超过500个耐克品牌的NFT。
此外，耐克还表示它将在本月晚些时候与去年12月收购的数字艺术工作室 RTFKT 合作发布“一些虚拟产品”。（路透社）
