链捕手消息，据彭博社报道，知情人士透露 BlockFi Inc. 准备支付 1 亿美元以了结美国证券交易委员会和本地监管机构的指控，即向客户非法提供一种支付高利率以借出数字代币的产品。据悉，相关处罚最早可能在下周公布，预计将是美国监管机构对加密货币公司迄今最严厉的处罚之一。此前，美国证券交易委员会和本地监管机构一直在调查 BlockFi 提供的相关产品是否属于「需要在 SEC 注册的证券」。
