链捕手消息，Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong表示，公司并没有先发制人地禁止所有俄罗斯人使用Coinbase。他认为，每个人都应该获得基本的金融服务，除非法律另有规定。
此前消息，对于乌克兰副总理要求加密货币交易所停止为俄罗斯客户提供服务这一要求，Coinbase方面曾表示，该禁令将损害“经济自由”，并将损害普通俄罗斯人的利益。
