链捕手消息，Layer1 区块链 Elrond Network 已收购罗马尼亚支付公司 Twispay，并通过此获得该国中央银行罗马尼亚国家银行允许发行电子货币批准。此前，Elrond 基金会于今年1月份收购了加密支付公司 Utrust，目前暂未披露交易条款。合并后的公司计划将 DeFi 与支付相结合，推出一款名为「Merchant Yield」产品。
Twispay 拥有电子货币许可证，允许其以合规方式处理数字现金汇款。 因此，Elrond 将以 100% 的监管合规性扩展到零售支付领域。
