海口使用“区块链+电子保函”为企业减少资金占有2.19亿元
链捕手消息，近日海南省优化营商环境工作专班决定在全省范围内推广第一批10个优化营商环境示范案例。海口市运用“区块链+电子保函”拓宽投标担保渠道，开具603单电子保函，为企业减少资金占有约2.19亿元，成功入选为第一批优化营商环境示范案例。
据了解，海口市公共资源交易中心在着力推动、建设、使用“区块链+电子保函”应用系统，于2021年1月18日正式上线运行。实现了企业资信的共享互认，做到一次准入、平台内多中心移动端开具电子保函，有效打破“信息孤岛”。在现金投标保证金、纸质保函等传统投标担保渠道之外，提供了另一担保渠道，为企业特别是中小微企业减轻投标成本负担，减少了因交易周期导致的投标担保资金滞留。
