链捕手消息，SushiSwap发起社区提案“Sushi Legal Structure”，计划为Sushi DAO成立协会或基金会，以明确代币持有者和贡献者的权利和义务，限制他们的责任并降低未来的风险。此外也计划为 SushiSwap 的贡献者创建各种服务实体，Swiss Association law（瑞士协会法）目前是优先的解决方案。
