链捕手消息，迪拜风险投资公司 Cypher Capital 推出 1 亿美元区块链基金，用于投资区块链、加密等数字资产项目。
据悉，Cypher Capital 是一家位于阿联酋和中东和北非地区的私人风险投资公司，专注于加密、区块链和数字资产项目。该公司创始人曾投资过ACDX，Graph，Near Protocol，Skale等项目。
此外 Cypher Capital 将在未来几个月内在迪拜推出其 1 万平方英尺的区块链、加密和数字资产中心。
