同时，该项目宣布推出名为 Taro 的新产品，以允许在闪电网络中使用稳定币，从而允许那些在发展中国家没有银行账户的人以稳定币的形式发送和接收资金。闪电网络是比特币交易的第二层解决方案，可以使用比特币进行即时、低费用的交易。
