链捕手消息，Blockstream 前首席战略官 Samson Mow 创立的 JAN3 以 1 亿美元的估值完成 2100 万美元融资，Alistair Milne、F2Pool 联合创始人 Chun Wang 以及 El Zonte Capital 参投。
“JAN3 将专注于推进比特币和 Liquid 和闪电网络等第二层技术，这是大规模采用和比特币循环经济的关键，”Mow 在新闻稿中说，“该公司还将支持民族国家采用比特币计划，并为基础设施开发项目贡献专业知识。”
据了解，JAN3 将接管 Blockstream 的加密钱包 AQUA 以及 NFT 市场 Raretoshi，并已经与萨尔瓦多政府签署了一份谅解备忘录，为该国和比特币城提供数字基础设施。
